Passenger entertainment during vehicle operation

Use in Camp Mode or other stationary scenarios

3. User Responsibilities - IMPORTANT

Safety First: You are solely responsible for the safe and legal use of this Service. The driver must NEVER watch video content while operating the vehicle.

You agree to:

Use TeslaTube only when it is safe and legal to do so
Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Ensure video content is only viewed by passengers or when the vehicle is parked
Never allow video content to distract the driver
Take full responsibility for any consequences arising from improper use

TeslaTube.live is an independent third-party service. We are:

NOT endorsed by Tesla, Inc.
NOT sponsored by Tesla, Inc.

"Tesla" is a registered trademark of Tesla, Inc. Use of the Tesla name is for descriptive purposes only.

5. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will:

Be available in all regions or countries
Function on all Tesla software versions
Be uninterrupted or error-free
Continue to work if Tesla changes their browser capabilities

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

6. Subscription and Payments

TeslaTube offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

Free Tier: Ad-supported streaming with basic features
Premium Monthly: $4.99/month, billed monthly
Premium Yearly: $39.99/year, billed annually

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

TeslaTube.live is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or legal consequences resulting from misuse
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeslaTube.live, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The TeslaTube name, logo, and all associated content are our intellectual property. YouTube content accessed through our Service remains the property of its respective owners and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.
